IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING APPEALS

• Grade Appeals must be delivered to the front desk of the Chang School for Continuing Education by the appropriate deadline.
• Academic Standing Appeals must be delivered the the HSM office at 55 Dundas Street West, Room TRS 2-042, by the appropriate deadline.
• Appeals must be delivered in person by 4:00 pm. No late admissions will be accepted. For further questions regarding Appeals, please email the Program Administrator, Carrie Wiebe, at cwiebe@ryerson.ca.

MISSED EXAMINATION POLICY

It is the Student's Responsibiltiy to be aware of Ryerson's Examination and Student Conduct policies, available on the Senate website.

Students must inform their Instructor of a missed examination within 3 days of the exam, and must provide the appropriate Ryerson Medical Certificate to their School/Department within 3 days.

For students taking more than one course, please also submit the Academic Consideration Document to your School/Department, so that your Department may contact all of the affected Instructors.
