Clearing the Cache

1. Select Tools (wheel icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history…

2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check the rest of the options. Then click Delete.

1. Select Tools (wheel icon) > Internet Options

2. Select General and then under Browsing history click Delete...

3. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check the rest of the options. Then click Delete.

1. Select Tools > Internet Options > General Tab
Click the Delete button within the Browsing History section.

2. The Delete Browsing History dialog box will appear.
Click the Delete All… button.

3. Check Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons and click Yes on the dialog box.
Click Close on the Delete Browsing History dialog box, and then click OK to close Internet Option dialog box.
Close internet explorer. Open a new internet explorer session and log in.

1. Select Tools > Clear Recent History…

*Note: In case you don’t see the Tools menu, hold down the Alt key and then press the T key to access Tools.
2. Select the Time range to clear: Everything

3. Click on Details and make sure all options are checked.

1. Select Display a menu of general Safari settings (wheel icon) > Reset Safari…

2. Make sure to check all the options given. Click Reset.

1. Select Safari > Reset Safari…

2. Make sure to check all the options given. Click Reset.

Navigate to Settings > Safari > Clear Cache

1. Click the icon on the top right corner of the browser to open Chrome Settings.

2. Select Tools > Clear Browsing data…

3. Select beginning of time to delete everything and the following checkbox values. Click Clear Browsing data button.
