Clearing Browser Cache

Chrome
  1. Click the icon on the top right corner of the browser to open Chrome Settings.Chrome menu icon in top right of browser window
  2. Select Tools > Clear Browsing data…Chrome menu with Tools selected, followed by Clear browsing data
  3. Select beginning of time to delete everything and the following checkbox values. Click Clear Browsing data button.Clear browsing data window with time range menu and checklist of items to be cleared
Internet Explorer 9, 8, and 7
  1. Select Tools (wheel icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history…Explorer Tools menu selected, then Safety, then Delete Browsing history
  2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check the rest of the options. Then click Delete.Delete Browsing History window showing checklist of items to be deleted
  1. Select Tools (wheel icon) > Internet Options

  2. Select General and then under Browsing history click Delete...General tab with Delete button within Internet Options window

  2. The Delete Browsing History dialog box will appear. Click the Delete All… button.Delete Browsing History window with Delete all button
  3. Check Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons and click  Yes on the dialog box. Click Close on the Delete Browsing History dialog box, and then click OK to close Internet Option dialog box. Close internet explorer. Open a new internet explorer session and log in.

iOS
  1. Navigate to Settings > Safari > Clear Cache

Firefox
  1. Select Tools  > Clear Recent History…Tools menu in Firefox with Clear Recent History option selected
    *Note: In case you don’t see the Tools menu, hold down the Alt key and then press the T key to access Tools.
  2. Select the Time range to clear: EverythingClear Recent History window with Time Range menu and Details dropdown menu

Safari
  1. Select Display a menu of general Safari settings (wheel icon)  > Reset Safari…Select Safari settings, then Reset Safari
