How to Apply to Graduate

Once you have enrolled in or applied for credit in your final courses for your program, you must apply for graduation. This must be done in time for your convocation ceremony – either in the spring or fall – and must be done within the specified deadline dates.

By applying for graduation, you are notifying the University that you expect to complete your program, are ready to graduate and wish to participate in a specific convocation ceremony.

To complete your application, you must pay an administration fee, so have a valid VISA, MasterCard or AMEX card at hand.

If you do not have a valid credit card, you must submit a paper application along with your administration fee to the Enrollment Services and Student Records office.

For more about applying for graduation, see the www.ryerson.ca/curriculumadvising website.
