In an address given to a sold-out crowd at the Empire Club, Ryerson University President Sheldon Levy dared Toronto to dream big and dream digital. In the face of the economic downturn, Levy’s speech, entitled A New Reality: Building Universities and Cities for the Digital Age, maintains that Toronto can become a global financial power and that universities and digital media both will play crucial roles in getting there.
