Final Winter Examination Schedule Posted

The Winter 2012 final examination schedule has been posted to the Ryerson web site. Students are responsible for ensuring that they are in the right place at the right time to write examinations. Please review the examination schedule to ensure that you have no time conflicts (i.e., more than one examination scheduled at the same time). Should you discover a time conflict in your examination schedule, please report it immediately to your program department and your instructors for resolution. The deadline to meet with your professors about conflicts is Friday, March 16, 2012. Before the examination period, please read the Ryerson Examination policy.

RAMSS Outage

RAMSS maintenance has been scheduled for March 10 to 13, 2012. RAMSS will come down at Midnight on Friday, March 9. We plan for access to be restored on Tuesday, March 13 at 8 AM. During this period no RAMSS update or enquiry functions will be available. We apologize for any inconvenience. The my.ryerson portal and learning system will not be affected by the RAMSS outage.

Course Intention Process Begins March 19

Undergraduate students who will be returning to their program in Fall 2012 are required to submit course intentions the week of March 19 (8:00 am, March 19 through midnight, March 25). Detailed information is provided in the Student Guide. After grades for Winter 2012 courses have been posted, you will have an opportunity to update your intentions for the Fall 2012 and Winter 2013 semesters.

Deadline for Applications to Graduate

A reminder that the deadline for submission of in-person applications to graduate for June 2012 convocation is Friday, March 16 (with applicable late fee).

Course Withdrawal Deadline

The final date to withdraw in good academic standing from Winter 2012 undergraduate courses is Friday, March 16. Undergraduate program students enrolled for Chang School courses should consult the Chang School website for appropriate deadlines.

Deadline for OSAP Appeals

Just a reminder that the deadline to submit a review/appeal for OSAP funds for the current September to April academic year is Monday, March 5.
