Fall 2012 Final Undergraduate and Graduate Examination Schedule Posted

The schedule of final exams for the Fall 2012 semester has been posted. Please review the schedule to determine whether you have any conflicts between scheduled exams as these must be reported to your instructors as soon as possible. As minor changes may occur before exams commence, please check the site shortly before each exam to confirm your exam location. Students are responsible for reporting to their exams at the scheduled times and locations with appropriate identification.

RAMSS Outage

RAMSS will not be available from midnight on Thursday, November 8, 2012 until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 for a system upgrade. All other applications accessed through the my.ryerson portal will still be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Final Date to Drop a Fall 2012 Undergraduate Term Class in Good Academic Standing

Friday, November 16 - Final date to officially drop a Fall undergraduate term class(es) in good Academic Standing (no refund of fees). Non-attendance in Fall classes after this date will result in a failing grade for full- and part-time undergraduate program students. Undergraduate program students who enroll in The Chang School classes and are assessed individual Chang School class fees should consult The Chang School website for appropriate deadlines.

Final Date to Withdraw from an Undergraduate Program for Fall 2012 in Good Academic Standing

Friday, November 16 - Final date to withdraw from an undergraduate program for the Fall 2012 term in good Academic Standing (no refund of Fall 2012 fees).

Posting of Fall 2012 Grades and Academic Standings

Fall 2012 grades and academic standings will be posted to RAMSS at 8:00 AM, on Tuesday, December 25.

Posting of Winter 2013 Undergraduate Schedules

Winter 2013 student schedules will be posted to RAMSS by end of business day, Friday, November 23. Online Enrollment Appointments for students wishing to make changes to their Winter 2013 schedules begin December 26. Complete information is on our web site:  http://www.ryerson.ca/currentstudents

Request Your Transcript(s) via RAMSS

Transcripts can now be ordered online via RAMSS.  This fast and convenient service is available to all current students and allows you to request, pay and select the method of delivery online. When you use this service, transcripts are processed in 1 to 2 business days.  No more line ups. Log in to your RAMSS account and click on the Request Official Transcript link in Student Center. Once your request is submitted, you will be able to track the status of your request.  When the status changes to "completed" your transcript is processed.

Graduation Spring 2013

It's not too early to submit an Application to Graduate via my.ryerson.ca if you plan on graduating in June 2013. The On-line Application opened on November 1, 2012.  The On-line application deadline is February 25, 2013.  After this date, a Paper Application to Graduate may be submitted until March 15, 2013.  Fees and other information may be found here.
