The Writing Centre

Located on the 2nd floor of the Library building (LIB 272B). You can book a 50-minute one-on-one consultation to discuss your essay.

The Learning Success Centre (L.S.C)

Located in the basement of the VIC building (VIC B26), the L.S.C. offers workshops, tutoring, one-on-one consultations, learning groups, and tip sheets. They are committed to helping students reach academic success.

English Language Support (E.L.S)
Located in the basement of the VIC building (VIC B20), E.L.S provides resources for international and English as a second language students to assist in successful academic strategies.

The Math Assistance Centre (M.A.C)
Located on the 5th floor of the Library building (LIB 549B), M.A.C is here to support students across campus with their math skills and math-related courses. The Centre currently offers individual tutoring and also runs Facilitated Study (FA-ST) groups. Drop-ins are welcome.

The Ryerson Library

Access Centre
Located in the basement of the POD building (POD 62B).The Access Centre provides students with disabilities the accommodations and support services needed to achieve academic success.

Tri-Mentoring
Located in the basement of the POD building (POD 54). The tri-mentoring program aims to assist students at all levels of study in successful achievement of their goals through meaningful relationships with fellow students, industry professionals, and the community at large.

The Centre for Development and Counselling
The Centre for Student Development and Counselling provides a range of individual counselling and group programs in a professional and friendly environment. Counsellors are available to work with students on a on-to-one basis in relation to a variety of personal concerns and crisis situations. As well, the counsellors provide both group sessions and individual counselling for those experiencing confusion about their educational or career goals. All services are free, confidential and delivered by highly qualified staff.

Office of the Ombudsperson
The Ryerson Ombudsperson will work with students to seek a just resolution to problems and conflicts at the University. The Office can make referrals, discuss options, generate alternatives, and help to resolve complaints and conflicts informally.
