Block Enrollment

Block enrollment is a useful tool that lets you create blocks of students and/or classes that can use to perform an enrollment request.

• If you want to enroll, drop or swap multiple students into one or more classes, you can create a Student Block.
• If you want to enroll, drop or swap one or more students into multiple classes, you can create a Class Block.

Rather than having to process an enrollment request for each student and/ or class, you can process one enrollment request for the whole block.

Block enrolment is available from Records and Enrollment on the Main Menu.

There are three options available here:

• Block Enroll Merge – to merge class and student blocks and process the enrollment request. See the How to Enroll, Drop and Swap a Block of Students job aid for details.
• Create Class Block – to create groups of classes to use in block enrollment. See the How to Create a Class Block job aid for details.
