Admin Support
General Info
The general info tab of the Admin Center lets you view personal information for the student. If your security permits, you may be able to update some of this information.
The general info tab has a number of sections that can be accessed using the quick-links.
Service Indicators
You can use this section to answer any questions that the student may have about any outstanding fees and/or other obligations to Ryerson. These may be preventing them from enrolling in classes.
You can view the details by clicking the edit service indicators button and then clicking the code for a service indicator to view details.
Initiated Checklists
You can use this section to answer any questions about any checklist items such as application to graduate or select a minor, etc.
Student Groups
You can use this section to see if any group of students are currently set up that includes this student – for example: Direct Entry or Technical Institute.
Personal Data
You can use this section to answer questions about the student's biographical details, addresses and regional data currently on file with Ryerson.
You can view the details by clicking the edit personal data button and then clicking the Biographical Details, Addresses or Regional tabs for details.
National ID
You can use this section to answer questions about the student's National ID currently on file with Ryerson. Only the last 4 digits of the student’s Social Insurance Number will be displayed.
You can view the details by clicking the edit national ids button.
Names
You can use this section to answer questions about the student's names currently on file with Ryerson and any names that might have been used previously.
You can view the details by clicking the edit names button. To see the name history, click the Name History link to the right of the name.
Addresses
You can use this section to answer questions about the student's addresses currently on file with Ryerson.
You can view the details by clicking the edit addresses button.
Phones
You can use this section to answer questions about the student's phone numbers currently on file with Ryerson.
You can view the details by clicking the edit phones button.
Email Addresses
You can use this section to answer questions about the student's E-mail addresses currently on file with Ryerson.
You can view the details by clicking the edit email addresses button.
