| August 7 - 8 | Schedule of classes for graduate and undergraduate courses uploaded. |
| August 10 | Final date for new students to apply for Transfer Credit for the start of the Fall 2012/Winter2013 academic year. |
| August 9 - 10 | Departments able to adjust student’s Fall term courses and schedules. |
| August 17 | Final date to apply in person for the Fall 2012 Convocation (with payment of a non-refundable late application fee). |
| August 14 | Enrollment Appointments for 1st year students commence |
| August 16 | Enrollment Appointments for 4th year students commence |
| August 20 | Enrollment Appointments for 3rd year students commence |
| August 20 | Enrollment Appointments for part-time undergraduate program students commence (Exception: Business and IT Management students on August 27). |
| August 22 | Enrollment Appointments for 2nd year students commence via RAMSS. |
| August 22 at 4pm | Chang School and Graduate Studies Spring/Summer 2012 grades due via RAMSS |
| August 23 at 4pm | Undergraduate Spring/Summer 2012 grades due via RAMSS |
| August 27 | Enrollment Appointments for part-time undergraduate program students in the Business and IT Management programs commence |
| Aug 27 - Sept 14 | Fall 2012 Open Enrollment period. |
| August 27 | First day of open enrollment for classes offered through The Chang School for the Winter 2013 term |
