1 - Alumni : use this form if you are an alumni of Ryerson.

2 - Alumni - Class of 2013: use this form if you are in your final year of your program and you expect to graduate in 2013.

3 - Alumni Non-Graduate: use this form if you did not graduate from your program of study, but you attended for at least one year and your class cohort has graduated.

4 - Former Staff & faculty - use this form if you have worked for Ryerson. Ryerson Staff and faculty who have also graduated from a Ryerson program should use this form also.
