Journalism Alumni Spring Pub Night
On Thursday, April 24th approximately 30 fellow J-school grads and current students attended the RJAA & the JCU pub night at the Oakham House pub on the campus of Ryerson University.
The night was highlighted by book readings from the latest works of current Journalism professors Ann Rauhala, April Lindgren, and Tim Falconer. All three professors recently released new books that are now available for purchase:
- Ann Rauhala “The Lucky Ones: Our Stories Of Adopting Children From China”
- April Lindgren “Headline: Murder”
- Tim Falconer “Drive: A Road Trip Through Our Complicated Affair With the Automobile”
Several prizes were up for grabs in our raffle including Toronto Argonauts tickets, Ryerson & JCU merchandise, and lunch with the Chair of the School of Journalism, Paul Knox.
