The purpose of this Academic Conference is to promote and recognize undergraduate research within Ryerson University!

The conference will encourage the sharing of ideas and research within and across disciplines at Ryerson University. Aimed at promoting academic excellence, integrity and commitment, the conference will serve to facilitate students’ personal and academic development. Participation in the conference will help prepare students for graduate studies, as they will have the opportunity to attend information sessions and workshops on graduate studies, as well as gain experience presenting their research to both peers and faculty members. By inviting students to become active members in the campus community of scholars, the conference will contribute to the creation of a richer campus culture.

Arteries 2013 is Ryerson’s Sixth Annual Undergraduate Research Conference, organized by students and sponsored by the Faculty of Arts. This student-organized conference promotes excellence in academic research at the undergraduate level by giving students an opportunity to participate in an academic research conference that takes place at our very own university.

Come join us on Friday, March 22, 2013 to celebrate undergraduate research and share your ideas with your peers and community.
