"Since graduating and joining RBC, I’ve remained an active member of the Ted Rogers School of Management community, participating in case projects and even creating a Community Leadership Award in the School of Business Management. I’m proud of what I’ve been able to achieve so far in my career, and hope others benefit from the same opportunities I had.”

Career development is a life-long process
As alumni, your career development doesn't end when you graduate. The Careers and Employer Partnerships team provide Ted Rogers School of Management and Ryerson MBA alumni with continued career development support so you can excel in the workplace now and throughout your career. BComm students receive two years of career management support post graduation and MBA alumni receive even more.
There are also opportunities for our alumni to recruit their former classmates as well as the next generation of Ryerson management students to their organizations. The Careers and Employer Partnerships Centre works to engage and connect alumni to each other and our recruitment partners.
Here are a few examples of opportunities for alumni to engage with the Careers and Employer Partnerships Centre:
Job Postings Powered by WhoPlusYou - This job-matching program used by students is available to alumni as well. Developed in partnership with Ryerson, this ground-breaking new software talent and recruiter matching system features in-depth job postings, along with student and alumni career portfolios, structured search logic, video presentations and interactive communications.
