Creating World Class Opportunities For Emerging Leaders.Top 200The Top 200 Program is a specialized development experience designed to accelerate the growth of personal, professional, leadership and career development skills for students at the Ted Rogers School of Management. About the ProgramDuring this 2-year program, Top 200 students will participate in a structured series of extracurricular activities, learning experiences and employer engagement opportunities. As a Top 200 student, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through a variety of workshops, presentations and a leadership summit, as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching. You will also have access to critical career and self-discovery tools. The Top 200 program meets the expectations of top industry leaders to recruit from a group of top business students who have well developed leadership, personal, professional and business savvy skills. As a graduate of the Top 200 program, you will have developed significant, value-added personal and professional skills tailored to your unique career choices upon graduation. You will master skills in the areas of leadership, communication, innovation and creativity, collaboration and teamwork, as well as critical thinking and analysis. You will receive a Top 200 Program Recognition of Achievement upon completion of the program, which can be referenced on your resume. It will also be kept on file with the Careers & Employer Partnerships centre. Structure of the ProgramThe program will span two academic years and involves a time commitment of approximately 1-2 sessions per month.
EligibilityStudents entering their 3rd year of study in September 2013 (with a minimum of 20 credits) are eligible for acceptance into the program, based on strong academic performance combined with extracurricular activities inside and/or external to the university (such as work experience or volunteer activities).
