APPLIED GEOGRAPHY

Administered by the School of Applied Geography

DEGREE: Four years of study following OAC graduation.

ADMISSION: O.S.S.D. with six OAC credits including OAC English with a minimum grade of 60 percent or higher. It is also recommended that applicants include Geography and Mathematics (one of Calculus, Algebra & Geometry or Finite Mathematics) in their OAC program.

NOTES: 1- English/Anglais OAC 1 is the preferred English.

2- Applicants will be requested to appear for an admissions preview where travelling distance permits.

3- Attendance at the admissions preview and academic performance will be used in the admissions process.

4- Admission requirements for students presenting courses from the New Ontario Secondary School Curriculum, are outlined in the Admission Requirements for Graduates of the New Ontario High School Curriculum Table of this calendar.

5- Subject to competition, candidates May be required to present averages above the minimum.
