Monday, May 5Program and Continuing Education Classes commence for the Spring 2003 term.
Friday, May 9Final date for payment of Spring/Summer 2003 fees.
Friday, May 9Final date to withdraw from a program and be eligible for a full refund of fees ($100 non-refundable for new Part-time program approvals).
Friday, May 9Final date to drop a course(s) and be eligible for a full refund of fees (if a course drop results in a lower fee range). Please refer to Refund Schedule.
Friday, May 9Final date to clear all outstanding graduation requirements to be eligible for Spring 2003 Convocation (academic and financial).

Friday, May 16Final date to drop a one-term course(s) beginning in May and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable.

Week of May 19Final week to drop a one-term course(s) beginning in May in good Academic Standing (no refund of fees). Students dropping a one-term course(s) after this week will be assigned a failing grade.
Friday, May 23Final date to withdraw from a program in good Academic Standing and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable.
Friday, May 23Final date to drop a two-term course(s) in good Academic Standing and be eligible for a 50% refund if applicable.

Friday, June 13Spring 2003 Convocation, specific ceremony dates to be announced.
Friday, June 6Final date to apply for Transfer Credits for Fall 2003 (returning students only) without a late fee. (A $25 non-refundable late fee will apply after this date until September 5).
Friday, June 13Final date to appeal marks given for course work graded prior to final mark (i.e. Inability to complete term work).
Friday, June 13Final date to request missing Winter 2003 grades.
Friday, June 13Final date to petition for Aegrotat Standing for Winter 2003 term.
Friday, June 13Final date to appeal Winter 2003 final grades or Academic Standing.
Week of June 16Classes end for one-term courses beginning in May (June 23 for Monday, Wednesday classes).
