Program and Continuing Education Classes commence for the Spring 2004 term.

Final date for payment of Spring/Summer 2004 fees.

Final date to withdraw from a program and be eligible for a full refund of fees ($200 non-refundable for new approvals).

Final date to drop a Spring course(s) and be eligible for a full refund of fees (if a course drop results in a lower fee range). Please refer to Refund Schedule.

Final date to clear all outstanding graduation requirements to be eligible for Spring 2004 Convocation (academic and financial).

Final date to add courses, or change course sections for courses that begin in May.

Final date to drop a one-term course(s) that began in May and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable. 
Friday, May 14 
Final date to withdraw from a program in good Academic Standing and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable. 
Friday, May 21 
Final date to drop a two-term course(s) in good Academic Standing and be eligible for a 50% refund if applicable.
Monday, May 24 
Victoria Day (University closed). 
Week of May 24 
Final week to drop a one-term course(s) beginning in May in good Academic Standing (no refund of fees). Non-attendance in one-term courses after this date, will result in a failing grade. Note: Prior to the eighth scheduled class for Continuing Education. 
Friday, June 4 
Final date to apply for Transfer Credits for Fall 2004 without a late fee. (A $25 non-refundable late fee will apply after this date until September 3). 
Monday, June 7 to
Friday, June 18 
Spring 2004 Convocation, specific ceremony dates to be announced.
 
Friday, June 11  
Final date to request missing Winter 2004 grades. 
Friday, June 11  
Final date to petition for Aegrotat Standing for Winter 2004 term.

Final date to appeal Winter 2004 final grades or Academic Standing. 
Week of June 14 
Classes end for one-term courses that began in May (June 21 for Monday and/or Wednesday classes). 
Week of June 21 
Program and Continuing Education classes commence for the Summer 2004 term.

Final date to drop a Summer 2004 course and be eligible for a full refund of fees (if course drop results in a lower fee range). Please refer to Refund Schedule. 
Thursday, July 1 
Canada Day (University closed). 
Monday, July 5 
Final date to drop a one-term course(s) that began in June and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable. 
Week of July 5 
Final week to add courses, or change course sections for courses that began in June.

Final date to apply for Fall 2004 Convocation (no late fee). A non-refundable late fee will apply after this date until August 13.
 
Week of July 12 
Final week to drop a two-term course(s) beginning in May in good Academic Standing (no refund of fees). Non-attendance in a two-term course(s) after this week, will result in a failing grade. 
Week of July 12  
Final week to drop a one-term course(s) beginning in June in good Academic Standing (no refund of fees). Non-attendance in a one-term course(s) after this week, will result in a failing grade.

Final date to withdraw from a program, in good Academic Standing for course(s) that began in June (no refund of fees). Non-attendance in two-term course(s) after this week, will result in a failing grade. Note: Prior to eighth scheduled class for Continuing Education.

Final date to apply for Fall 2004 Convocation (with applicable late fee).

Classes end for one-term courses that began in June, and two-term courses that began in May.
