HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT MINOR
The Minor in Human Resources Management develops the student's ability to manage the people management side of any job. The three fundamental disciplines of organizational behaviour, human resources administration and industrial relations are critical to success in business, in the voluntary sector, in community services and in any profession where an individual is getting results through other individuals or groups.
To receive a Minor, a student must complete six one-term courses (or equivalent) from the following course of study:
MHR 405 OR HTH 601 MHR 522
MHR 505 MHR 523 OR HTH 503
Two of the following:
MHR 600 MHR 700 MHR 741 MHR 849
MHR 623 MHR 721 MHR 749 MHR 850
MHR 650 MHR 733 MHR 841 LAW 529
