THE MATHEMATICS CENTRE

The purpose of the Mathematics Centre is to assist students throughout Ryerson in correcting weaknesses in mathematics (and statistics). Students will come to the Mathematics Centre after they have exhausted the usual approaches, such as consulting course instructors, attending tutorials and labs, and participating in classes.

Students who will find the Mathematics Centre most useful include:

The Mathematics Centre is staffed with student tutors. They are prepared to offer free one-on-one and group tutoring for introductory courses in statistics, calculus, linear algebra and general mathematics. The Centre is situated next to the Library entrance. It is open every weekday; the hours are posted at the entrance. There is no fee for registered Ryerson students.
