FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE CALENDAR 2005-2006

Application for admission should be made as early as possible.

The date for guaranteed consideration for Fall 2006 admission for Grades-plus Selective Admission Programs (programs which select students on the basis of grades plus auditions, interviews, portfolios, essays, etc.) is March 1 (February 1 for Midwifery) and April 1 for programs that select on the basis of grades (Grades Selective Admission Programs). All complete applications and amendments received by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by these dates will receive equal consideration. Applications, supporting documents, and amendments received after these dates will be reviewed subject to space availability and might not be considered because of a program filled status.

If applying to Ryerson through the Ontario Universities’ Applications Centre (OUAC), please allow the Centre at least two weeks for processing the application (or amendments to the application).

The above dates have been selected in order to allow sufficient time for auditions, interviews, and selection tests to be arranged where required, and to ensure that applications (and amendments to applications) for all programs will be received in time for consideration by the selection committees.

Please note that applicants to Radio and Television and to the Graphic Communications Management programs are to submit directly to Ryerson’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions the required application essay by March 1. Details are available in the individual program section of this calendar.

NOTE: Applicants are advised that these dates are to be used as a guideline only. Applications with complete documents received by these dates will be considered. Applications received after these dates will be considered until the program(s) and their wait list(s) are filled. In all areas, it is recommended that candidates apply as soon as possible. Ryerson reserves the right to terminate the application process without notice.
