HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT MINOR

The Minor in Human Resources Management develops the student’s ability to manage the people management side of any job. The three fundamental disciplines of organizational behaviour, human resources administration and industrial relations are critical to success in business, in the voluntary sector, in community services and in any profession where an individual is getting results through other individuals or groups.

The Human Resources Management Minor is not available to Business Management Program -  Human Resources Plan students.

To receive a Minor, a student must complete six courses from the following course of study:
