MARKETING MINOR

The Minor in Marketing will help students gain an understanding of the importance of customer relations and customer satisfaction in an increasingly competitive business environment. The core courses include courses in marketing principles, market research, and customer interaction. Other courses allow the student to increase their knowledge of areas such as marketing to industrial customers, the various techniques available to communicate with customers, and international expansion from a marketing perspective.

The Marketing Minor is not available to Business Management Program - Marketing Plan students.

To receive the Minor a student must complete six courses from the following course of study:

Two of the following*:

* Students in Hospitality and Tourism Management will take HTM 402 in place of both MKT 100 and MKT 200, plus, take one additional elective bringing the requirement to "three of the following".
