Thursday, May 1 First date to apply for graduation on RAMSS for the Fall 2008 Convocation.
Friday, May 2 Final date for payment of Spring/Summer 2008 fees.
Monday, May 5 Classes commence for full- and part-time undergraduate programs and courses offered through The Chang School.
Friday, May 9 Final date to withdraw from an undergraduate program and be eligible for a full refund of fees ($200 non-refundable charge for Spring/Summer admission, re-admission or re-instatement approvals).
Friday, May 9 Final date to drop a Spring/Summer undergraduate course for:
- full-time undergraduate students;
- part-time undergraduate students accessing courses through The Chang School
and be eligible for a full refund of fees (if a course drop results in a lower fee range). Refer to Refund Schedule. Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in Chang School courses should consult The Chang School significant dates for appropriate deadlines.
Monday, May 12 Final date to add a undergraduate course(s), or change course sections in Spring/Summer (courses that begin in May) for:
- full- and part-time undergraduate students;
- part-time undergraduate students accessing courses through The Chang School.
Full-time undergraduate students wishing to enroll in Chang School courses should consult The Chang School significant dates for appropriate deadlines.
Monday, May 12 Final date to clear all outstanding academic and financial graduation requirements to be eligible for the Spring 2008 Convocation.
Monday, May 12    Final date to cancel an Application to Graduate for the Spring 2008 Convocation
Friday, May 16 Final date to drop a Spring/Summer undergraduate course(s) that began in May and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable, for:
- full- and part-time undergraduate students;
- part-time undergraduate students accessing courses through The Chang School.
Full-Time undergraduate students enrolled in Chang School courses should consult The Chang School significant dates for appropriate deadlines.
Friday, May 16 Final date to withdraw from an undergraduate program in good Academic Standing and be eligible for a 50% refund, if applicable.
Monday, May 19 Victoria Day (University closed).
Friday, May 23 Final date to drop a Spring/Summer undergraduate multi-term (A and B combination) course(s) in good Academic Standing and be eligible for a 50% refund if applicable for:
- full- and part-time undergraduate students;
- part-time undergraduate students accessing courses through The Chang School.
Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in Chang School courses should consult The Chang School significant dates for appropriate deadlines.
Week of May 26 Final week to drop a Spring/Summer undergraduate term course(s) beginning in May in good Academic Standing (no refund of fees) for:
- full- and part-time undergraduate students;
- part-time undergraduate students accessing courses through The Chang School.
Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in Chang School courses should consult The Chang School significant dates for appropriate deadlines.
Non-attendance in Spring/Summer term courses after this date will result in a failing grade.
Wednesday, May 28 Final date to request missing Winter 2008 undergraduate grades.
Wednesday, May 28 Final date to appeal Winter 2008 final undergraduate grades or Academic Standing.
Friday, May 30 Final date for returning students to apply for Transfer Credits for the Fall 2008/Winter 2009 terms. No Fall 2008/Winter 2009 Transfer Credit Applications will be accepted after this date.
Friday, May 30 Final date for students admitted in Fall 2007 to apply for Transfer Credits for the Fall 2008/Winter 2009 terms.
Weeks of June 9, and 16 Spring 2008 Convocation, specific ceremony dates to be announced.
Week of June 16 Classes end for Spring/Summer undergraduate term courses that began in May (June 23 for Monday/Wednesday classes).
Wednesday, June 25 Classes commence for full- and part-time undergraduate programs and The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education for the Spring/Summer 2008 term.
Tuesday, July 1 Canada Day (University closed).
Wednesday, July 2 Final date to drop a Spring/Summer 2008 undergraduate course and be eligible for a full refund of fees (if course drop results in a lower fee range), for:
- full- and part-time undergraduate students;
- part-time undergraduate students accessing courses through The Chang School.
Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in Chang School courses should consult The Chang School significant dates for appropriate deadlines.

Friday, July 18 Final date to apply for Fall 2008 Convocation (no late fee). A $40 non-refundable late application fee will apply after this date until August 8.
Monday, August 4 Civic Holiday (University closed).
Friday, August 8 Final date to apply in person for Fall 2008 Convocation (with $40 non-refundable late application fee).
Week of August 18 Classes end for Spring/Summer undergraduate term courses that began in June, and Spring/Summer multi-term (A and B combination) courses that began in May (consult The Chang School calendar for applicable dates and deadlines).
Friday, August 22 Final date to cancel an Application to Graduate for the Fall 2008 Convocation.
Friday, August 29 Final date for newly approved students (Fall 2008 admits) to apply for Transfer Credits for the Fall 2008/Winter 2009 term. No Transfer Credit Application received after August 31, 2008 will be processed for Fall 2008 course credit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Full-time undergraduate students taking continuing education courses must consult The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education calendar for applicable dates and deadlines.
