What We Do

A safe, modern and attractive campus is essential to supporting the Ryerson community and enhancing the experience of our students, staff and faculty. At Campus Facilities & Sustainability, we strive to create and maintain a campus that supports the integrity of our academic programs through the whole range of scholarly activity from teaching to research.

Ryerson's portfolio consists of 32 buildings encompassing 3.2 million square feet of space over a 21-acre site in the heart of downtown Toronto. Ryerson's new building projects are managed through the Capital Projects and Real Estate department. Information about the exciting expansion of our campus is available www.ryerson.ca/ryersonbuilds.

The department is administered by the Office of the Director:

Director: Tonga Pham
