ONTARIO REGULATION 278/05 (DESIGNATED SUBSTANCE - ASBESTOS ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND IN BUILDINGS AND REPAIR OPERATIONS) is the specific legislation dealing with asbestos issues and will open in a new window.
