The Maintenance and Operations division is responsible for the operation of all campus buildings, infrastructure and base-building systems. The maintenance of lab or department-specific equipment, however, is the responsibility of the department owning or using the equipment. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for safety or operational reasons. Campus Facilities & Sustainability management negotiates these arrangements with the academic unit or primary researcher.

Help Desk.   All maintenance work requests are initiated through our Help Desk's work order system. Use our online Service Request Form to submit work requests, including DOIT requests, to the Help Desk. Or call 416-979-5091 and one of our staff would be pleased to assist you.
