Drawings, Documents and Records Management
Managing the communication around a project is the primary focus of the in-house staff. Filing systems, records management, manuals and drawing updates all require systems to make sure accurate information is available.
CPF Project staff use AutoCAD software for its drawing records. A layering system is in place to ensure information is accessible and understandable. Experts are authorized to change information only on layers pertaining to their areas of expertise. As-built drawing records are kept in both digital and paper copy forms.
Layered digital information software works with other software packages to identify room usage, room ownership, room attributes, keys and work orders.
