Information Sessions

Setting up an information session is a great way to reach out to a specific on-campus audience.

Our office will do:

• A date, time and location search
• Send you a confirmation of the booking
• Develop and distribute a poster for the event
• Post the event information on our website
• Send an e-mail notice to students.
• Track the number of students that register to attend.

Please allow two weeks notice before the event to allow for proper promotion time.

Fees:

• $150.00
• $75.00 (Non-profit, less than 30 employees)

* All Prices are plus tax

* All Prices include HST

Information Table in a high traffic area

Setting up a information table in a high traffic area is a great chance to reach out to a large and varied on-campus audience.  The Career Development and Employment Centre will do a date and time search, send you a confirmation of booking, and promote your event to your targeted audience. Please allow two weeks notice before the event to allow for promotion of your visit.
