Purchasing Hardware

Faculty and staff are encouraged to consult the CCS supported hardware list when planning to purchase computer hardware for Ryerson use.  All desktops, laptops, printers and monitors on the supported hardware list have been thoroughly evaluated and tested to meet performance standards. 

CCS technicians are available to deliver, set-up, configure and provide  support and repairs for all Ryerson-owned hardware on the list.

Hardware not on the supported hardware list must be set-up and configured by the purchaser or vendor.

Ordering Hardware

To order new hardware place requests through OGF (Oracle Government Financials) or with your Departmental Assistant.

Accessories, such as mice, cables, PC speakers can be purchased from the Ryerson Bookstore.

NOTE: All pricing includes Ontario Environmental Disposal Fee, but not HST.
