Changing Your my.ryerson Password

You can change your my.ryerson password through the Self Serve Module accessed through the my.ryerson portal.

Note: my.ryerson password changes affect all online resources accessed with your my.ryerson username including: Google Apps, RMail, your student, faculty or staff Ryerson website, the Central Computing Labs and resources accessed through the my.ryerson portal.

Option 1: Change your Current Password

1. Login to the my.ryerson portal at: https://my.ryerson.ca with your my.ryerson username and password.
2. Go to the Manage My Online Resources module and under the Self Serve Heading, select Change Password.

Option 2: Forgot Your Password

A. If you have previously selected your challenge phrases in the Self Serve Module within the my.ryerson portal, do the following:

1. Go to the my.ryerson portal https://my.ryerson.ca
2. Select Can't login?
3. Choose Forget your password? Change your password using your challenge phrases.
