Changing Your CFAPS Password

These instructions apply for Windows XP and 2000 users.
Note: This is a two Part Process. The first part is to change your local Window's password, the second is to change your CFAPS password.


** Please change your password to the same new password in both Part One and Part Two **

 

Part One (Change your Local Window's Password):

  1. From the main login screen, in the Log on to: field, use the drop down list and select "This Computer" (if you do not see the Log on to field, click on the Options button, and turn the Log on to: field ON)
  2. Enter your login information (username and password like usual)
  3. Then follow these steps to change your local windows password:
    1. Press the Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys simultaneously
    2. Click on the Change Password button
    3. Follow instructions in the pop-up form
  4. Now you must logoff your computer and login again

Part Two (Change your CFAPS Password):

  1. From the main login screen, in the Log on to: field, use the drop down list and select ADMN (this is your domain)
  2. Enter your login information (username and password - use your old password, prior to Part One since your CFAPS password has not yet been changed)
  3. Then follow these steps to change your CFAPS password:
    1. Press the Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys simultaneously
    2. Click on the Change Password button
    3. Follow instructions in the pop-up form

Your CFAPS and PC workstation passwords have now been changed.
