Service Charging Policy

Ryerson Faculty, Staff and Students: Media Services provides audio visual and presentation technology equipment to Ryerson faculty, staff and students free of charge for academic and administrative purposes.

Internal Groups: Internal rates for equipment and services will apply to all Ryerson affiliated groups. Media Services will bill internal groups through Ryerson's OGF Financial System or by invoice.

External Groups: Media Services provides audio-video and presentation technology equipment to external groups using Ryerson facilities. External rates for equipment and services will apply to all groups outside of the Ryerson community. GST and PST will be added to all external orders. An invoice will be mailed to the address you provide when you register with us.
