CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

  • Saturday, June 1, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: eHR Production will be down from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The non-production environments will be down briefly.
  • Sunday, June 9, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub Production will be down from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  All non-production environments will be down briefly during the outage.
