Google Apps at Ryerson is a package of web applications that includes Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Docs, Contacts, and Mobile.

If you chose to use RMail instead of Gmail, you can access it through a web browser using Web Mail at mail.ryerson.ca or through a web-based email client such as Mozilla Thunderbird.

Use Ryerson's Administrative Management Self Serve system (RAMSS) for course registration and other academic administrative tasks. You can access RAMSS through the my.ryerson.ca portal.

If you are a full- or part-time student you are eligible to have your own website. Student websites are hosted on the Student Web Server (STW) on stw.ryerson.ca.

RU-VPN2

RU-VPN2 is security software that allows you to access administrative systems like OGF and CFAPS from off campus. RU-VPN2 uses a digital “certificate” that is installed on your computer and is accessed using your my.ryerson username and password.


CFAPS

CFAPS (Central File and Print Services) is a network-based file backup, file sharing, and printing service you can use to back up your files and access shared departmental network folders.

OGF

OGF (Oracle Government Financials) is used at Ryerson for Financial Management including online purchasing. Your OGF user ID and password are supplied by Financial Services.

  1. Register for the Ryerson Test of English Proficiency (RTEP)
  2. Apply for transfer credits
  3. Update personal information on the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC)
