Service Standards
- Calls to general inquiries line 7096 shall be returned before the end of the business day
- Calls to direct staff lines shall be returned before the end of the business day
- Internal email shall be replied to before the end of the business day
- MOL inspection reports shall be posted within 24 hours of their issue date
- Minutes of Joint OHS Committee meetings shall be distributed within 5 business days of the meeting date
- Response times for requests for hygiene assessments (ergonomic, noise, air quality etc) shall be according to risk level
- Response time for submissions of occupational hygiene assessments shall be within 20 business days
- Requests for workplace inspections, outside of the University Workplace Inspection Program, shall be responded to in a time according to risk level
- Requests for EHS management system audits shall be scheduled within 40 business days and reports on findings to be submitted within 20 business days of the audit completion date
- Training requests shall be accommodated within 30 days of the date of the request or to a mutually agreed date
- Reports of hazardous conditions shall be responded to immediately
- Reports of investigation findings shall be completed within 10 business days
- Response times for requests for assistance with risk assessments shall be responded to according to risk level
