Ergonomics
Duration: 2 hours

Description: Topics within this course include how to assess and safely configure your individual computer work station and related activity.

Evacuation and Emergency Response
Duration: 2 hours
Recommended Participants:

Description: This course deals with fire prevention, including proper storage and handling of lammable/combustible materials, fire safety inspection and evacuation policy and procedures.

First Aid / CPR
Duration: 2 days (must attend both days to obtain Certification)
Recommended Participants:

Description: A sixteen hour course designed to teach the fundamentals of First Aid and lifesaving. This course includes instruction on how to handle life threatening emergencies and on how to perform two-rescuer CPR, as well as a wide range of important first aid skills and techniques.

Certification is valid for three years. This is a Red Cross course.
