The International Living Learning Centre Residence operates as a hotel-style residence from May to August and serves as a deluxe student residence in the fall and winter. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the residence offers 263 rooms. In addition to providing an economic and affordable stay for travelers and groups, the International Living Learning Centre also features a daily bed and breakfast package (B&B) or weekly student packages.

Check-in time at the ILLC is 4:00 pm; check-out is prior to 1:00 pm.
Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as soon as rooms become available, otherwise we can store the luggage in our storage area until rooms are ready at 4:00 pm.

For our guest’s convenience, each floor is equipped with a kitchen with an oven, fridge, and microwave. Please note that cutlery, dishes and cookware are not provided. Each floor also features a common area with seating and TV, where larger groups of people can relax together. Laundry facilities are also available on each floor.

Double Apartment

A double apartment contains a bedroom, a living room area, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette. The bedroom is furnished with one full-sized bed, chair, lamp, dresser, phone, garbage pail, full-length mirror and closet. The kitchenette contains a full-sized fridge and oven. The living room area is furnished with sofa chairs and a coffee table.
