How to Book Equipment
If you are booking a meeting or conference through Conference Services and Lodging, we will be happy to assist you in booking your required technological equipment. Below is a list of equipment that is available to rent or is already available in our meeting rooms.
*Please note: use of technology that is pre-equipped in meeting rooms is subject to additional charges.

Media Services is set up through Conference Services and Lodging, and provides one-stop process for presentation equipment and services for conferences and events on the Ryerson campus. Conference Services and Lodging will be glad to arrange the hiring of a media technician to assist with the set-up of technology for your event.
Damages and Missing Equipment
- All borrowed equipment malfunctions or damages must be reported to Conference Services and Lodging.
- If your borrowed equipment goes missing from the University campus, you must make a report to Ryerson Security and Conference Services and Lodging.
