Gateway for International Professionals
The Chang School’s Gateway for International Professionals offers bridging programs that accurately assess the skills of international professionals and provide them with the education and experience needed to succeed in the Canadian workplace at levels that correspond with their qualifications. The Chang School has developed programs in the following areas:
- Accounting and Finance – International Accounting and Finance Professionals (IAFP)
- Dietetics and Nutrition – Internationally Educated Dietitians Pre-registration Program (IDPP)
- Middle-level Managers (MLM) with Technical Background Bridging Program
- Midwifery – International Midwifery Pre-registration Program (IMPP)
- Social Work – Internationally Educated Social Work Professionals (IESW) Bridging Program
Since effective communication is integral to the workplace, The Chang School also has introduced a Workplace Communication in Canada (WCC) program that gives international professionals the “soft skills” in communication, critical thinking, and analysis needed to excel, based on both their individual career goals and the needs of their industry.
