Convocation

PLEASE NOTE: Convocation tickets are only available to students who have received written confirmation of their eligibility to graduate from Curriculum Advising. For information on applying to graduate and determining your graduation eligibility, visit Curriculum Advising.
Please ensure that your guests have their activated tickets in advance and that they bring them on the ceremony date. If they forget them there is no guarantee of seating without the tickets in hand.
We are unable to replace theatre tickets. Any lost tickets will be replaced with tickets to the on-campus closed circuit television broadcast. Each student will only be eligible for two of these tickets.
The Convocation and Awards Office (CAO) is proud to be a part of a pilot program to help build a stronger, more respectful, and inclusive community. In an effort to further enhance your graduation experience the Office of the Assistant Vice President/Vice Provost (EDI) and the CAO are partnering with Mivoko to offer our students the opportunity to record the proper pronunciation of their name.
