Volunteering for Convocation
All members of the Ryerson community are welcome to volunteer for Convocation. If you are interested in participating in the Convocation Ceremonies, please sign up here:

In keeping with the Ryerson Convocation tradition, staff, faculty and administrators are encouraged to involve themselves in the celebration of students and the academic year.
Dates and Times
To help decide which ceremonies you can volunteer for, refer to the following schedule.
Please give us a single or as many dates as possible that you are available.
Convocation ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. Generally we are looking for a 4 to 5 hour block of time and if that is not possible, a minimum of 2 to 3 hours is necessary. If you are volunteering in the morning you are usually needed before or around 8 am and in the afternoon you may have to stay beyond 4 pm.
