Introduction

Blackboard's Portfolios tool allows all users to create online portfolios that can be shared with other users and within Blackboard courses. Users may have a number of Portfolios, for various uses - either for class, or for personal use.

A Portfolio can contain text, links to files, links to websites, etc. They can also be set up to allow visitors to enter comments about your Portfolio.

Instructors may ask their students to create a portfolio to share with a course, or students may create portfolios to document their professional and academic resumes. Users can export their porftolios to be viewed outside of Blackboard, as an HTML package.
