To be eligible for this award a student must be enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year full-time student in the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and have a clear academic standing, and demonstrate an interest in the restaurant food and beverage industry as a career through recent courses taken and work or volunteer experience within the Restaurant Industry. A completed application must include a letter (maximum 500 words) outlining your demonstrated interest and experience in the restaurant food and beverage industry and why it is your career choice.
