To be eligible for this award a student must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or protected person, must be an Ontario resident, must demonstrate financial need, must demonstrate a minimum high school average of 75% or more in their final year of high school, and must outline their commitment to the field of Retail Management. The award is renewable.

In honour of an outstanding Retail Management alumnus who has excelled in the retail industry and has continued to take part actively in the Ryerson Retail Alumni Association (RRAA), the TRSRM Alumni Award in the Ted Rogers School of Retail Management will be awarded to an undergraduate student enrolled in the Retail Management program who has achieved a minimum CGPA of 2.5, completed at least 20 credits, and demonstrated a commitment to the School via student group(s) or volunteering for events hosted by the School. This is a non-renewable award.

Ryerson Commerce Society Student Leadership Award in Honour of the President of Ryerson University
Up to $1500

For demonstrating outstanding leadership and involvement in the Ted Rogers School of Management community; must embody the innovative spirit characterized by President Sheldon Levy, through execution of an inventive idea with the intention of improving the quality of student life at the School; be enrolled as a full-time student; have clear academic standing, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; submit a 500 word letter outlining their achievements and the impact the innovative idea had on improving the quality of life for students, with emphasis on the impact on students within the Ted Rogers School of Management.

For demonstrating outstanding leadership and involvement in the Ted Rogers School of Management community; must demonstate their achievements in increasing awareness and advancing the reputation of the Ted Rogers School of Management as exemplified by Dean Ken Jones; be enrolled as a full-time student; have clear academic standing, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; submit a 500 word letter explaining their involvement in any Ryerson University student group events, competitions and/or conferences on a local, national or international stage where the reputation of the Ted Rogers School of Management was enhanced.
