Enrolling in Chang School Courses
Online, in Person, or by Mail
Enrolling in Chang School Courses Online
If you have previously enrolled at Ryerson you have three options for enrollment: online, in person or by mail. Each of these options requires your Ryerson student ID number. If you have forgotten your ID number, you may request to have it mailed to you.
New Continuing Education students may obtain a Ryerson University Student ID number, which can then be used to activate your Ryerson University student account. Once your account is activated you will be able to enroll in Chang School courses online.
Students without a Student ID may enroll in person or by mail. Your ID will be retrieved and confirmed as part of the enrollment process.

To register online you must have:
- a Ryerson Online Identity
If you have a Ryerson email account then you have a Ryerson Online Identity. - a valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
To enroll in courses online:
- Select your courses using the Chang School’s online Course Calendar.
- Add courses to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- Click the "Checkout" button.
- Click the "Enroll" button.
- Click "Proceed".
- Log in to RAMSS using your Ryerson Online Identity.
- Click the "Continue to Checkout" button.
- Click the "PAY" button.
- Complete all the fields in the “Payment Information” form.
- Click the “Submit” button.
A confirmation screen appears indicating that the payment and enrollment was successful.
Enrolling in Chang School Courses In Person
- Select your courses using the Chang School’s online Course Calendar.
- Visit Enrollment Services and Student Fees at 350 Victoria Street, Room POD64.
If you are an international student, please bring appropriate documentation. - Complete the Course Registration Form available from Enrollment Services.
- Submit your Course Registration Form to Enrollment Services.
You are registered and accepted in your class upon processing of this form. You are required to pay your fees at the time of registration.
Failure to pay your fees will not cancel your registration. You are financially and academically responsible for all course registrations and fees incurred, unless you officially withdraw by the appropriate University deadline dates.
Enrolling in Chang School Courses by Mail
- Select your courses using the Chang School’s online Course Calendar.
- Download and complete the Mail-in Enrollment Form.

- Mail the completed form and full payment of the course fees to:

(Mail-in enrollment requests will not be accepted unless full fees are enclosed. Postdated cheques will not be accepted.) - If the dates listed are met, the enrollment will be confirmed by mail. Otherwise, every effort will be made to confirm your enrollment prior to the start of classes.
