Late Fees Applied Thursday, October 3, 2013
If you have not paid your Fall tuition in full by the deadline then late fees have been applied as of Thursday, October 3, 2013. An email is being sent to all students today, which will show your outstanding balance. Payments or adjustments made to your account 3 business days prior to the email may not be reflected. For full-time undergraduate students, your Winter 2014 fees, if unpaid, were deferred to January 10, 2014 so no late fee will be applied on that amount. The deferral fee will be applied shortly.
Your Admin Centre, available through RAMSS is the best source of information regarding when your fees are due. Your 'Account Summary' will show a balance of all charges related to your enrollment. To see when those fees are due select 'Account Inquiry' and then 'Charges Due'. Late fees (of 1.25%) are charged at the start of each month for any unpaid fees that are past due (example, Fall fees due September 6, 2013 still unpaid at the end of September will be charged late fees on October 3).
Students are academically and financially responsible for all enrolled courses and fees incurred, unless course/program withdrawal is done in the proper manner and according to the appropriate University deadline dates.
