Academic Standing

Students who have been placed on Probationary status, must meet with their Department prior to making an appointment to pick up their OSAP funding.  You will be required to bring a copy of your Probationary Contract with you when you come to pick up your funding.

Students who are placed on a Required to Withdraw status will not be eligible for OSAP funding. You can contact the SFA office for further information.  If you will be visiting our office in person, you must have a valid Canadian-government issued photo ID and SIN card.

New ID Requirements
When picking up OSAP and/or visiting our office, government regulations require the following identification:
  • Social Insurance Card
    -- AND --
  • A valid government issued photo ID (Driver's Licence, Valid Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Citizenship Card or Health Card with photo )
Effective May 1, 2008, Ryerson ID is no longer accepted as photo ID but it is recommended that you present your Student Card to verify enrolment.
