Ontario Grant Funding - New

Effective January 1, 2011 the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities will issue student provincial grant funding by:

- depositing the funds directly to the student's bank account.

OR

- mailing a cheque to the student to the mailing address on their OSAP file.

A student can view their OSAP funding status on the OSAP website to monitor when the grant was issued by the ministry and the date the grant cheque/grant deposit should be expected.

Students are reminded to use their grant payment to pay any outstanding fees.

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday 12:00pm to 4:30pm

New ID Requirements
When picking up OSAP and/or visiting our office, government regulations require the following identification:
  • Social Insurance Card
    -- AND --
  • A valid government issued photo ID (Driver's Licence, Valid Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Citizenship Card or Health Card with photo )
Effective May 1, 2008, Ryerson ID is no longer accepted as photo ID but it is recommended that you present your Student Card to verify enrolment.
